The Effluent Water Recycle System with a capacity of 23 m³/day is an advanced wastewater recovery solution engineered by PT. DEMIPUMA SAHABAT BENING. This project focuses on treating discharged effluent (wastewater) and purifying it back into clean, usable water for industrial processes, cooling towers, or general utilities.

By implementing this system, industries can significantly drastically reduce their reliance on fresh municipal water sources, moving towards a Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) approach. Our system integrates multi-stage filtration and membrane technologies to ensure the recycled water is completely safe and meets rigorous industrial standards.

Scope of Work

To guarantee the success and efficiency of this recycling facility, our team executed the following comprehensive steps:

  • Effluent Analysis & System Engineering: Analyzing the chemical composition of the raw wastewater to design a tailored multi-stage treatment process.
  • Equipment Supply: Procuring specialized robust pumps, chemical dosing units, and advanced membrane filters (UF/RO).
  • Mechanical Installation: Setting up the collection sumps, treatment vessels, holding tanks, and inter-connecting pipework.
  • Electrical & Automation Integration: Installing intelligent control panels (PLC/SCADA) for seamless, automated system operation and monitoring.
  • Commissioning & Optimization: Running full-scale operational tests to ensure the recycled water quality matches the required parameters before final handover.

Project Objectives

The installation of this 23 m³/day recycling system was driven by the following critical environmental and operational goals:
